  • Created a comprehensive Roosevelt University Social Media Playbook to standardize social media practices across an University with a multitude of departmental, faculty and student organization accounts
  • Taught the Marketing Department how to teach the contents of of the Playbook
  • Organized social calendar for the main Roosevelt University accounts and taught social media specialist how to forward plan for content
  • Worked with social media specialist to train and coach student workers and interns to produce organic collateral for TikTok
