Key Achievements in eight week campaign (3/15 to 5/7/2021) –
- Increased Instagram following by 19%
- Increased user engagement on Instagram by 82% establishing the University as a legitimate micro-influencer account
- Increased TikTok following by 89%
- Increased TikTok engagement by 2,450%
- Created a comprehensive Roosevelt University Social Media Playbook to standardize social media practices across an University with a multitude of departmental, faculty and student organization accounts
- Taught the Marketing Department how to teach the contents of of the Playbook
- Organized social calendar for the main Roosevelt University accounts and taught social media specialist how to forward plan for content
- Worked with social media specialist to train and coach student workers and interns to produce organic collateral for TikTok
- Taught social media team how to identify organic trends on TikTok and duplicate them for increased engagement and exposure
- Created an academic year’s worth of University driven/produced TikTok campaigns designed to engage the 15-18 year old demographic to increase engagement and awareness of the University
